PUDDING

On Friday I made some rhubarb crumble muffins for a party. They were not ‘clean eating’ and not for me.

But I had a ton of rhubarb left over, so tonight I thought I’d try out doing something with it.

so I had

Approx 200g rhubarb

1 tbsp honey

1tbsp maple syrup

Enough water to just cover the rhubarb in a pan

Stem ginger, diced.

Whacked that lot in a pan, and cooked on a medium heat for 15 mins

Served with natural yoghurt.

 

YUM!!
